Mission’s Debt and Equity Capital Markets Group is seeking an experienced commercial real estate professional with a history of successfully negotiating debt and /or equity investments with financial institutions and investors. The candidate will be given the opportunity to join a fast growing business line within Mission Capital. Deal flow will be largely from borrower relationships originated/managed by senior executives in the Debt and Equity Group, although the candidate may originate transactions. The candidate will run the execution of debt and equity transactions, maintain existing relationships with capital sources and develop new capital sources. Mission Capital has a robust pipeline and institutional client roster. Mission has a strong analyst team, industry leading technology and exceptional in house graphics design at our disposal. The candidate will be an integral part of the growth and development of Mission’s Debt and Equity Capital Markets business.
The candidate also will have access to Mission’s core performing/distressed loan trading business and will gain direct exposure with the federal government, investment banks, commercial banks, finance companies and hedge funds.
