COMPETITIVE INDICATIVE BID PHASE
Mission Capital first conducts a competitive indicative bid round to qualify prospective purchasers, analyzes their bids and makes recommendations to the Client as to whom to invite in for final competitive due diligence. Our recommendations are based not only on the bid levels, but also on our extensive experience with all of the investors in the secondary market in a competitive loan sale situation.

COMPETITIVE DUE DILIGENCE PHASE

Mission Capital and the Client will then invite two or more final bidders to complete loan and property due diligence prior to the final bid date. Mission Capital manages all aspects of the due diligence phase including the planning of the review, oversight of the reviewers and all the interaction between the reviewers and the Client.

COMPETITIVE FINAL BID PHASE
After due diligence, Mission Capital will distribute the final cut-off date data and conduct the final bid round, at which time the bidders will submit non-contingent final bids based on a pre-negotiated asset sale agreement.
