Chad Coluccio is a Director of Sales & Trading with Mission, and has over 8 years of experience in commercial loan origination, joint venture equity placement and loan sale advisory. His responsibilities include business development and trading, specializing in the Western US region.
Prior to joining Mission in 2009, Mr. Coluccio was a founding partner of Citation Capital Partners, a commercial mortgage brokerage firm focused on debt, mezzanine, and joint venture equity placement. He arranged $500mm+ of financing over the last 4 years for property types including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, condominiums, and SFR land tract entitlement. Previously, Mr. Coluccio was an Asset Manager at Citigroup, where his responsibilities included underwriting, modification/extension, and origination financing for Citibank's multi-billion dollar commercial real estate loan portfolio. Mr. Coluccio has his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
