Howard Freedman is a Vice President of Sales & Trading with Mission. His responsibilities include business development, trading, project management and due diligence document management. Since first joining Mission Capital, Mr. Freedman has worked on over $4+ billion in commercial loan sales. Prior to joining Mission, Mr. Freedman worked at TIAA-CREF as a business analyst where his responsibilities included stress testing for new applications, financial database management and user support for several internal applications. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Mr. Freedman was an intern for Pfizer Inc and Citizens Bank. Mr. Freedman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in Business Administration, where he was captain of its Division 1 swimming team.
