Terence Bundy is a Vice President of Sales & Trading with Mission. His primary responsibilities include business development, trading, project management and due diligence document management. Prior to joining Mission, Mr. Bundy worked at Merrill Lynch as a commercial mortgage-backed securitization analyst. His responsibilities included creating the term sheets, prospectuses and information memoranda on numerous fixed, floating and stand alone commercial mortgage-backed securities offerings. He also managed the national pipeline report for both large and small balance loans. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Bundy worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP and had internships with Bear Stearns and Hamilton Osborne King. Mr. Bundy received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Finance.
