June 1: Michael McGuinness, chief executive officer of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, will be honored at the 24th Annual Monmouth University Kislak Real Estate Institute Leadership Excellence Award Dinner. The event will take place at 5 p.m. at the university’s Woodrow Wilson Hall, 400 Cedar Avenue, in West Long Branch. McGuinness will receive the Service to the Industry Award, which is given occasionally to an individual or organization who has provided exceptional service and support in advocacy, education or other services to the real estate industry.
