Dwight L. He was the lead advisor on the $1.2 billion residential loan sale for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2012, HSBC's multi-year exit of their legacy portfolio, and American General Financial's structured whole loan sale to HSBC and HSBC's subsequent delivery to Fannie Mae during the depth of the mortgage market decline in 2009. William David Tobin is one of two founders of Mission Capital and a founder of EquityMultiple, an on-line loan and real estate equity syndication platform seed funded by Mission Capital. He has extensive transactional experience in loan sale advisory, real estate investment sales and commercial real estate debt and equity raising. In addition, Mr. Tobin is Chief Compliance Officer for Mission Capital.

Under Mr. Tobin’s guidance and supervision, Mission has been awarded and continues to execute prime contractor FDIC contracts for Whole Loan Internet Marketing & Support (loan sales), Structured Sales (loan sales) and Financial Advisory Valuation Services (failing bank and loss share loan portfolio valuation), Federal Reserve Bank of New York (loan sales), Freddie Mac (programmatic bulk loan sales for FHFA mandated deleveraging), multiple ongoing Federal Home Loan Bank valuation contracts and advisory assignments with the National Credit Union Administration.

Background

From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Tobin worked as an asset manager in the Asset Resolution Department of Dime Bancorp (under OTS supervision) where he played an integral role in the liquidation of the $1.2 billion non-performing single-family loan and REO portfolio. The Dime disposition program included a multi-year asset-by-asset sellout culminating in a $300 million bulk offering to many of the major portfolio investors in the whole loan investment arena. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Tobin was associated with a national brokerage firm, where he started and ran a loan sale advisory business, heading all business execution and development.

Mr. Tobin has a B.A. in English Literature from Syracuse University and attended the MBA program, concentrating in banking and finance, at NYU’s Stern School of Business. He has lectured on the topics of whole loan valuation and mortgage trading at New York University’s Real Estate School. Mr. Tobin is a member of the board of directors of H Bancorp (www.h-bancorp.com), a $1.5 billion multi-bank holding company that acquires and operates community banks throughout the United States. Joseph A. Runk, Jr. is one of the two Principals of Mission, founded in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate capital markets and banking. In his role as Principal, he has a responsibility for a wide range of professional services, with demonstrated abilities in asset pricing, deal structuring, transaction management, risk management and corporate finance. To date, Mr. Williams has executed north of $500M solely in hotel transactions, which includes mezzanine, preferred equity, and debt financings. Background

Alex has been involved in single-family residential property acquisitions, dispositions and management services, as well as commercial real estate dispositions, in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, headquartered in New York, and was responsible for the firm's operations and relationships in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Alex joined Ackman-Ziff in January 2001, and successfully closed approximately $2.6 billion in debt, mezzanine, and equity financing on approximately 60 transactions in his time at the company. Alex's responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting, structuring, marketing, negotiating, and closing debt, mezzanine, and equity transactions for all property types, including office, retail, residential, mart, land, hotel, and industrial / logistics. Alex also did consulting work for a leading non-bank-affiliated issuing house listed on the German stock exchange. Earlier in his career, Alex was an Associate at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company from 1998 to 2000, where he successfully closed in excess of $625 million in sales and debt and equity financings. Prior to 1998, Alex was a Senior Corporate Paralegal at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and a Corporate Paralegal at Hunton & Williams, where he closed in excess of $5 billion of structured finance, M&A, oil and gas, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Mission Capital, Matt was a Director at Ackman-Ziff, which he joined in 2009. At Ackman-Ziff, Matt successfully structured and closed 72 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in debt, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Matt was an Associate with Avison-Young in Toronto, Canada. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, Canada (2007) and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University (2011) where Matt currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Valuation and Real Estate Financial Analysis. Prior to joining Mission Capital, Malcolm held the position of First Vice President at MFA Financial, a self-advised REIT investing in over $12bn of residential mortgage assets via Agency/Non-Agency MBS, RPL/NPL MBS and Whole Loans. Malcolm ran the Trade Support and Operations Group at MFA, working with Portfolio Managers and counterparties, to successfully execute on multiple initiatives, including bespoke financing arrangements, asset repositioning, and whole loan deal closing and financing. Prior to that, Malcolm worked at Goldman Sachs for six years, where he held the title of Vice President and ran the GSAM Trade Middle Office group, overseeing trade support across multiple business units, for products including MBS, ABS, Bank Loans and bespoke derivatives. Malcolm graduated with a BA in Modern Art, Design and Film, from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, U.K.

Background

Roger Nussenblatt has 22 years of experience investing principally, sourcing, financing, structuring and securitizing real estate. Roger also spent time as an investment banker covering real estate private equity funds and REITs. Roger has worked on over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions in his career.

Roger began his career on Wall Street in 1997 before moving into private equity in 2010. He has worked Credit Suisse, RBS, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers / Barclays, CWCapital Investments and Perella Weinberg. Background

Prior to joining Mission, Cameron was an analyst at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank where he helped run their leveraged loan portfolio. During his time there he covered a number of industries including telecom, media, technology, auto, and real estate. Cameron graduated from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business in 2015 where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance.

During his free time, Cameron enjoys traveling, working out and trying new restaurants around the city.

Patryk Braganza-Gallagher is the Manager of IT Operations at Mission Capital. He is responsible for all IT implementations, support, and maintenance. In addition, he is responsible for influencing and ensuring that Mission Capital's technological needs are addressed properly and securely.

Background

Prior to joining Mission Capital Advisors, Mr. Braganza-Gallagher worked at CytexOne Technology, where he was the lead systems administrator and lead security administrator. During his tenure at CytexOne, he was responsible for all security audits, while maintaining the lead role for all project implementations, system rollouts, and training. He was also the data center administrator of an international web host. Mr. Braganza-Gallagher's educational accomplishments include obtaining a technical endorsement in computer engineering while in high school, and actively pursuing a degree in English at Queens College.
